Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
An upgrade item is an item that can make certain Pokemon evolve. The Upgrade is obtained by spinning a photo disc. It's sometimes given as a prize at Pokemon GO events.
Upgrades can be applied to armors, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools in order to raise their item level. The upgrade costs Flightstones and crests, dependent on the kind of item.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools in order to increase attributes or other bonuses while using the equipment. The equipment being upgraded must have an available upgrade slot to accept the component, and the majority of upgrade components require the item being upgraded to be above the specified level. Certain upgrade items come with special effects that are visible when they are applied. Upgrade components can be obtained through crafting, purchased by Karma merchants, or exchanged with other players through the Trading Post. They can also be rescued from equipment and used as rewards.
Various upgrade components are available, each offering a different bonus. Universal upgrades, which include gems and inscriptions, are able to be used with any kind of equipment. They also offer less bonuses than other types of upgrade components. Infusions are used in non-amulet ascended equipment as well as legendary equipment, while enrichments are used for some items that have been ascended. The majority of upgrade components can be replaced when they are inserted into an item, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade. The only exceptions are glyphs that can only be placed in gathering tools, as well as enchantments. Both can be removed and replaced.
Insignias or enchantments, as well as prefix/suffix upgrades will be displayed in the hover display of the item, while they are added to the equipment's name (e.g. the word Radiant Insignia would change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will display the number of upgrades that have been added to it.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be inserted into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements, like ligatures and ornaments, fractions, swashes, registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs panel lets you view and insert these special characters, as well as normal glyphs, such as em dashes, en dashes, registered trademark symbols and glyphs that do not appear in other fonts (such as dingbats).
Each Glyph provides a primary stat boost for the character. It also has up to four secondary stats that affect the radius of the glyph on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage increase that is multiplied after other bonuses are applied except for Speed Glyphs which directly increase the hero's speed.
Selecting the Glyphs and then clicking "enchant" will activate them. This will open a new window showing the Glyphs you have available that can be applied to the item you have selected. Make sure you select the right kind of Glyph can be applied to the item you are looking for, as every weapon, jewelry or armor piece can have a different set of available Glyphs.
You can upgrade your Glyphs by working through Tree of Whisper Quests or Nightmare Dungeons. The more challenging the dungeon, the greater the amount of Glyph experience that you will gain. Once a Glyph has reached the level 15 it is able to be upgraded on the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The radius of the Paragon Board grows by one node each 15 levels that a Glyph is upgraded.
After a Glyph reaches the desired level, it is possible to activate it. Select it, then click the "enchant button". The resulting glyph will give the stated bonus and also boost the other nodes in its range on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be put in areas that will benefit your build the most. This is why you should prioritize Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Rare glyphs may also offer double bonuses if certain conditions can be fulfilled.
If item upgrader having difficulty finding a particular glyph click the cycle widget on the Glyphs panel to display the panel in a number of perspectives. Each view shows the Glyphs using a different font. You can reduce the number of glyphs you want to see by selecting an option under "Entire Font". For example, punctuation only displays punctuation glyphs. Math Symbols limits the choices to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling

Rerolling involves establishing a new account in order to increase your chances of getting the weapon or character you want. It can be done for you to increase your level faster or to gain more loot, such as a new weapon for your character. Many players will reroll until they have the characters that they like regardless of their abilities. It could be because they like the style or personality of the character.
When you reroll, you need to ensure that the changes you're making are safe. This means you should verify locally that the patch is able to pass the pre-commit checks, and you should also conduct a core development check. It is also recommended to upload the patch to an issue by using a plain diff (see What is an interdiff? ).
Rerolls can be weeks or days long, depending on how lucky you are. During this time, you should avoid optional enemy camps to save time. Also, avoid repeating quests which can be completed later on in the game. This will save time and energy.
Another crucial aspect to remember when rerolling is making sure that you are aware of the upgrade system. There are a variety of ways to enhance your character's appearance and power. Upgrades, rerolling characters and upgrading weapons are all options. It is also important to be aware of the limitations of the system.
Rerolling may not be necessary, but it is a way to increase your chances of getting the right character or weapon. You can use it to find the best character or to test different styles of play and builds.
Sets
A set is a collection of objects with common-2 attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen or members of the class). Sets are used for operations such as intersection, union, and difference.
Upgrades make a set better than before. This means that the weapon and armor will have a higher defense value and lower strength requirements.
Upgrading can be an excellent method of bringing popular single-set items up to parity with their higher-tier set counterparts. For instance upgrading Guillaume's Face Helm to Elite Spired Helm can increase the defense from 217 to 321 while reducing the strength requirement and level requirement to a lower range.
However it's important to keep in mind that not all set items are suitable candidates for upgradation. Some sets, such as the FB Sorc spec's Whistan's Shield or Naj's Puzzler staff, are already Elite and Exceptional in their individual ways and do not require upgrading. Certain items, such as Goldwrap and Whistan's Shield (both BiS) that are often used, could be benefited by an upgrade to increase their stats. For such items, it may be worth the extra cost to upgrade them.
