Item upgrade is a system that allows players to increase the power of armor, weapons, and trinkets. It also offers some unique effects and procs.

Glyphs

For instance the glyph Valda increases the range of all ranged units by one, which is a significant increase for units that have low mobility (such as the Marro Stinger line or 4th Massachusetts). This glyph can also be useful for melee units that would otherwise struggle to get into position to do harm.
Some glyphs such as the Discretionary Ligatures glyph are designed to improve fonts' visual appearance and could include additional characters that are not part of the standard font collection. This is usually done to make the font look more realistic or add extra embellishments.
Players can create a custom Glyph Set by selecting the glyphs they would like to include in it from the glyphs list on the Glyphs panel and choosing to add them to the Glyph Set in the Glyphs panel menu. After adding a custom Glyph Set users can examine it by selecting View Glyph Set from the Glyphs Panel menu and then selecting the name of the glyph Set.
Growthstones
They are similar to the berries in that they enhance your attributes forever, but unlike berries they increase all of your attributes, except HP. You can get Growth Stones through completing certain tasks in the game or by combining two of them in the Nitro Cube. You can also get them as rewards during the Ancient Arena Season.
You can apply them to your weapon or armor using the equipment Enchanting option. You can also make them in towns that are major by visiting NPCs in various towns with the right recipe. There are a variety of Growth Materials and each can be used for various uses. Weapon Growth Stones can be used to improve weapons, whereas Armor Growth Stones can be used to upgrade armor. There are also Active Skill Growth Books and Passive Skill Growth Books that can be used to enhance your passive or active skills.
These stones are able to resonate with certain human traits within you to make them stronger. They don't make you a better or different person, but they do give you an extra push to face and deal with the aspects of your personality you'd like to change. It is your responsibility to make any significant changes in yourself. This means changing your mindset towards the issue you want to change. This is the difference between external and internal growth. For instance, moss agate strengthens the quality of abundance and success, while lapis lazuli strengthens the quality of self-awareness and truthfulness.
Item Enhancers

Most items increase their stats in a linear way when they are upgraded, but the final stat of a Held Item can be more than twice the initial value once it is maxed out. For instance, the Muscle Band increases its attack and defense stats by one each time it is upgraded to level 2, but by the time it reaches level 20 the stats are +15 attack and +7.5 percent attack speed.
The cost of these Item Enhancers is high however they are essential for anyone looking to increase their performance in Pokemon Unite. It's a huge pain to get all the Held Items upgraded to the maximum but those who are patient and dedicated will eventually get it done.
